I don't know how to describe it, really, but I feel like an intruder when I play this. The music was beautiful, and the graphics, and the maze as a whole, but I just had this constant sense of discomfort. When the person speaks, I actually flinched the first time.
I'm questioning things about myself and was already slightly uncomfortable playing this (Mostly because of internalized homophobia and transphobia I've been trying to work through. Weird family.). So when I when I heard the voice of another human, I had this gutwrenching moment of panic. The noise of a person speaking basically turned the isolated environment of the maze into... well, not isolated, not safe.
I was nauseated for a good minute lol.
It's not a bad game, not at all. I just didn't really click with it because of that aspect. Thanks for making it :)
